Q1 Can I have a sample order for the product?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. 
Q2. What about the lead time? 
A: For some items we have stock, we can send your order out immediately once receive your payment. For items no stock, usually takes around 7 days.  It depends your order quantity also. 
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for the products ? 
A: For our existed products, Low MOQ, usually one box is ok, if for customized products, it will have MOQ, the detailed can be discussed in the specific order.   
Q4. Is it ok to print my logo on the products?
A: Yes, we could print your logo on some products. If the products have limit to print on the body, we could print your logo on the packing box also.  We can discuss in the detailed order. Please inform us formally before our pricing and production.
Q5. Do you offer guarantee to your products? 
A: Certainly! We offer warranties for our solar lights ranging from 1 year to 3 years, depending on the model.
Q6. Do you have after-sale service?
A: Yes, we do. We provide 7/24 after sales service.
